Methodology
The study used a qualitative approach to gain a deeper understanding of line-managers knowledge, perception of their responsibilities, past experiences of intervention, opinion on accountability, equality and fairness and their experience of the resolutions of complaints. This involved carrying out 6 semi-structured interviews with line managers across the organisation.
