Abstract

Employee benefits are typically the part of aggregate compensation set, other than salary offered to the employees once or in parts at different times. These are the additional rewards and compensations besides their pay, which are not necessarily in the form of cash but they may include insurances (such as group, health, family, accident), benefits after retirement, sick leaves, vacation, or education funds.
