Abstract

The purpose of this report is to highlight the technology that I have used to develop my application and provide insight on how my actual application runs and what was involved to develop it over the last semester. Within this report I want to outline the appeal of my application as well as giving an in-depth breakdown of all the components of the application and what technology was used to create it. This will be demonstrated via the use of USE CASES that will come with diagrams to provide the visual element to understanding how each feature works. I have also provided information on how I carried out testing on my application and the types of testing that I will be using for this application.

I will also show screenshots of my application in use and describe what should be seen in each screenshot. I have stated that I believe that this project idea could merit further development beyond my final year and that eventually I believe that a more advanced version of my app may be created on the marketplace.

The PID is capable of producing two types of documentation. The first is in the form of a text document and this will have the general output that is entered into the word editor that was created in the project. The second document is an Excel document that outlines all of the important figures that are associated with the project. There are templates depending on which type of agreement is being used and from there it is replicated into a text document. My project works as intended except for the PDF functionality which is documented in the testing section of this project.

I would conclude that the project was an overall success in terms of aligning scope with the feasibility in terms of what I could develop and the time that was allocated for this project.
