Abstract

Following a review of current practices in the field of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) in private and public organisations, it was decided to investigate if it currently adds value in Radio Telefis Eireann (RTE) Human Resource (HR) function and does it deliver a strategic contribution in the future.
