Abstract

HealthAgents is a interdisciplinary project for diagnosis of cancer tumours using MRI/MRS and agent technologies. This paper presents our experience in building the HealthAgents portal, which is the core of the HealthAgents virtual organisation. From a technical perspective, the HealthAgents portal encompasses a content management system comprising groupware, collaboration, and workflow services, an effective project management tool, and a document publishing system with data provenance. It is implemented using Plone on Zope.
