Íompar Logistics is a micro-enterprise. It is located in the LINC (Learning and Innovation Centre) campus-based business incubator at the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown. The company has been in business since 2005 and provides transportation management services to a broad range of clients in Europe through their own operations and their relationship with BBA.
A new business opportunity, presented by BBA, has arisen, which will require the business to expand its operations into the new area of data entry. In addition, the company is beginning to engage in a more active sales and marketing campaign to broaden its customer-base for its existing suite of products and services. All of these decision are leading Íompar Logistics into new territory and it is looking for guidance on the best options to manage this transition.
