Abstract

This project was aiming to build an android mobile application by using android studio. The overall problem has proposed and being solved is to provide a platform for local customers to order things from multiple stores, as well as to help customers communicate each other, in order to develop a self-help environment, instead of delivery service provided by stores. Users could utilize this application to “be” the delivery man to help other local users. The application includes following functionalities: registration, login, Post lists, view post, comment, like, home page, categories, item lists, view item details, cart page. Add to cart, payment and message functionalities were planned to develop in the future. The main point for this project is to allow users to view the items and be able to communicate. This technical report includes seven major aspects which are introduction, different types of requirements, design and architecture, implementation, testing, evaluation, and conclusion. Each aspect includes a detailed description and interpretation regarding this project at a professional level. Those seven aspects would help the audiences to understand the rationale of this project as well as the essential technical requirements were utilized in the project. The purpose of this report is to demonstrate the project in different aspects and dimensions more profound rather than just displaying the project itself, in order to let the audiences, gain a better insight of this project.

The result of the report is focusing on the reflections, recommendations, and further plans more than the demonstration of the application itself. Therefore, this report not only documented the entire process of the project from different dimensions, but also summarized the vacancies that need to be filled in the further development of this project. For example, one of the major vacancies is the lack of few available functionalities within the application at the current phase, thus, this report would provide some valuable recommendations and contributions to the further development of the project based on these vacancies.
